Using the built-in Engine Lighting embedded control, connecting to a Philips Hue lighting hub or Nanoleaf system only takes a few taps. Once connected, the smart lighting will instantly and automatically change colour and brightness perfectly on-time with whatever song is playing. The impressive on-screen lighting controls provide hands-on control over custom colour selection, strobing, and more! The lights even respond to the movements of the crossfader, volume controls, and scratching for an amazing, immersive audio/visual experience!

For advanced lighting options and features, professional DJs can pre-analyze their music library with SoundSwitch desktop software, export their library to a USB drive, SD card, or to their Dropbox cloud, and have full control of DMX lighting using the touchscreen of the Mixstream Pro +. ENGINE OS update (v3.0) brings additional features to all Numark hardware running ENGINE DJ. Updates to ENGINE DJ desktop are also included in this release. ENGINE DJ OS adds New Drop Sampler; first ever for standalone DJ systems and media players. All Engine DJ devices now offer 8 slots to store and trigger samples or songs. Remote Library allows access to entire Engine DJ (Desktop) music collection from Engine DJ hardware over Wi-Fi or wired networks without packing a drive. All Engine DJ devices now offer the performance pad heads-up display. This allows the user to easily see Hot Cue and Loop names, loaded Samples, and Loop and Roll time divisions. All Engine DJ devices now include a broad selection of preloaded samples. Samples include complete drum kits, scratch phrases, risers, impact hits, and other various effects. With ENGINE DJ Desktop, it's possible to access to the entire Engine DJ (Desktop) music collection from Engine DJ hardware over Wi-Fi or wired networks without packing a drive. Once Engine DJ hardware and desktop software are connected to the same network, users can select the Engine DJ desktop collection as a media source. Additionally, improved Sync Manager mechanism for calculating Playlist and track differences between two drives has been added, as well as various stability enhancements and improvements.
