Pro Audio Department Manager (Full Time)

Location: Melbourne (Fitzroy & Windsor)

This person will support and manage a team of customer facing DJ and Audio Technology sales staff, assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily operations of the store and enable the team to reach sales targets while delivering the best sales and customer service practice.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the roster, overall performance and creating an extraordinary culture for DJ & Audio Technology Sales Specialists
  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, category and brand presentation of the Department
  • Investigate & resolve any discrepancies on sales orders
  • Liaise with Management to interpret company policies and implement them across the team

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Experience in retail industry
  • Commercial experience as a musician
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with and passion for Pro Audio, DJ equipment, Music Tech
  • Experience with Lighting equipment a huge advantage
