Store DJ offers a convenient Click & Collect service, as well as multiple options for delivery.
Store DJ offers a range of delivery options to help you get your gear quickly, safely and affordably. You can choose from Free Shipping (excluding heavy and bulky items), Express Shipping, and Premium + Uber, or pick up your order with our handy Click & Collect service. All available delivery options will appear at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and real-time courier availability.
Free Shipping
Orders of $100 or over qualify for FREE Australia Post shipping, excluding items too heavy or large for AusPost to accept (over 20kg or over 105cm). Free Shipping orders are sent via Australia Post with insurance and registered post, meaning a signature is normally required. You can manage your authoriy to leave preferences in the checkout.
Orders under $100 incur a $10 freight charge.
For heavier or oversized items, the applicable freight cost will appear in your cart. You can also estimate shipping fees using the Shipping Calculator on each product page.
If you need your gear more urgently, Express Shipping is available.
Express Shipping
Standard Express - We’ll automatically choose the cheapest option from our hand selected list of delivery partners, ensuring you always get the best available rate.
Premium + Uber - Customers within 20km of a store with available stock are eligible same day delivery via Uber Direct. Deliveries run between 9am and 3pm, and items must meet Uber’s size requirements. A name, address, ID, and signature are required. Once dispatched, customers will receive an SMS with their tracking link.
Same Evening Delivery - Available across Melbourne metro. Place your order before 1:30pm and receive it between 6–9pm that evening. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be delivered between 6–9pm the following evening. Authority to Leave is required, bulky items are excluded, and all orders ship from our warehouse. Please note: our warehouses do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery Timeframe
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Express shipping is estimated at 1-3 business days, while Premium + Uber offers fast 2–3 hour delivery (within eligible areas), and Evening Delivery provides same-day delivery between 6–9pm for Melbourne metro. If we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.
We ship orders Monday to Friday, from the location that will get your order to you the fastest. Our centralised fulfilment centre is often the quickest option, even if it isn’t physically closest to you.
Please Note: All deliveries from Store DJ are made via Australia Post and StarTrack, which are third-party providers, so delivery delays during peak periods are outside our control.
If your order is returned to us by our delivery partners, we can re-send it to you, though this will incur a fee of $10 for standard delivery or the applicable fee for express delivery. Should you choose to not have your order redelivered, we will subtract a $10 RTS (return to sender) fee from your refund.
Bulky Items
Express is our only delivery option for heavy & bulky products, which are over 20kg or 105cm.
Some of our products are too bulky or heavy to send by Australia Post eParcel, as indicated on the product's webpage. If pick up is not convenient, orders for these can be sent via Star Track Express or TNT.
Items delivered by Star Track Road or TNT are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We recommend using a business address or home address where someone will be there to sign for it. If you are not home and a signature is required, they may need to contact you for redelivery or TNT may utilise their TLE network for collection.

Authority to Leave
Our orders generally require a signature on delivery, unless the customer chooses Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. Orders under $200 are ATL by default, unless the customer selects a signature-required delivery option. It’s the customer’s responsibility to select the delivery option that best suits their needs, noting that some services have fixed requirements: Evening Delivery requires ATL, while Uber Direct always requires a signature and does not allow ATL. The ATL toggle will appear beneath the selected delivery option at checkout (where applicable). If ATL is not selected and the driver does not deem the area safe to leave the goods, a card will be left and delivery will be reattempted; using a staffed work address during business hours may be a more reliable option to ensure receipt of your package.
Click & Collect
We aim to have your Click & Collect order ready for pick-up in 2 hours (between store opening hours). During busy sales periods, it may take a little longer. We always email you when your order is received, and sms and email you once it's prepared & waiting for pick-up.
Please bring photo ID, and any credit cards used for payment. You can speak to our orders team at any point if you need to discuss your click & collect order, or if someone else will be picking up the order.
We will keep your order for 14 days, and then send you a reminder via email and SMS. If we can't arrange an alternative, after 28 days, we reserve the right to return the overdue items to stock and credit your store account.
International Shipping
Store DJ ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders under any circumstances.
