The cabinet ships with four SoundCheck DSP™ voicing modes—Flat, DJ, Live and Wedge—allowing instant acoustic optimisation without manual EQ tweaking. At 130 dB maximum SPL and 34 Hz low-frequency response, it delivers serious output for mid–to large–format club gigs, outdoor events and festival setups.

Signal connectivity centres on a built–in two–channel mixer with dual XLR/TRS combo inputs, 1/8” auxiliary input, and XLR mix output for daisy–chaining additional speakers. Bluetooth® streaming works simultaneously with hardwired audio, so DJs can layer wireless phone/tablet playback atop controller signals without cable swaps. The 1” compression driver and 15” low–frequency driver handle complex DJ sets with midrange clarity and visceral bass impact. Music Ducking automatically ducks playback when announcing, whilst Feedback Eliminator removes mic squeal. Rugged metal handles, M10 flypoints, and 32.6 lb weight make it portable yet installation–ready.

DJ Mode specifically targets music playback with emphasis on low–end punch for dance floors, while the Thump Connect 2 app grants wireless parameter control and EQ adjustment from across the room. Pole–mount, flown, or subwoofer–stacked configurations extend deployment flexibility—pair with the THUMP18Sv4 subwoofer using the SPM400 pole for arena–scale bass reinforcement. Outdoor Mode compensates for environmental acoustic loss, maintaining cohesive tonality in external venues.
