Cioks DC7 v2 7-Outlet Future Power Generation Power Supply

The Cioks DC7 v2 is a second-generation pedalboard power supply that updates the award-winning original with a USB-C outlet delivering 15W (triple the original 5W USB-A output) and improved thermal efficiency. At just 25.4mm tall and weighing 500 grams, this Danish-designed unit employs two-stage switch-mode topology and multistage filtering to deliver 48W total across nine outlets with zero noise. The 7 isolated DC outlets each provide 660mA at 9V with selectable voltages at 9, 12, 15 and 18V, plus a 24V auxiliary output rated for 2A and a 5V USB-C outlet rated for 3A.

Each of the seven isolated DC outlets delivers 6W maximum and includes individual power limit LEDs, while a built-in true power meter displays total load across all outputs. The unit handles universal mains input from 100 to 240V AC and runs cooler than its predecessor despite identical output capacity. Twelve Flex cables ship in the box, along with mounting hardware for Pedaltrain and Templeaudio pedalboards. The 24V auxiliary output allows expansion via Cioks 4, Cioks 8, Crux and other compatible 24V-powered units, adding further isolated outputs when required.

High-current digital units like the Line6 HX series and Neural DSP Quad Cortex draw power without issue thanks to the 660mA rating at 9V on each outlet. The advanced switch-mode design maintains ultra-low noise across all outputs through multistage filtering, critical for high-gain analogue pedals and studio recording chains. Drill-free mounting compatibility with Cioks GRIP simplifies installation on Pedaltrain boards, while the global overload status LED provides immediate feedback on power distribution across the entire pedalboard.
