The Denon DJ LC6000 PRIME is the world's most versatile DJ controller. Bringing professional club style layout, design, and control to both standalone and laptop-based DJ workflows. Compatible with the SC6000, SC6000M and SC5000, SC5000M Dual-Layer Media Players, the LC6000 PRIME provides dedicated control over the players secondary layer. The paring streamlines track selection workflows and expands creative capabilities without the need of a computer.

Pair with any compatible mixer such as the X1850 Prime or 4-channel DJ controller to add a full size professional DJ deck to your setup. Control multiple decks - the LC6000’s Deck Select feature allows you to control multiple software decks with a single unit or connect up to four LC6000’s for independent control over each deck. Plug & play - powered with just the USB connection, the LC6000 gives plug and play a whole new meaning in the DJ booth. An optional power supply is included for situations where bus power is not sufficient.

Inspired by the SC6000’s professional build quality and aesthetics, the LC6000 features a rugged sub-chassis, grippy rubber buttons, and a premium brushed aluminum top panel that protects the unit in the toughest conditions. At the heart of the unit is a full size 8.5”, capacitive touch jog wheel that features a high definition central display. This color display shows playing track artwork or a custom DJ logo, layered with play head position and other essential performance information. For accurate time adjustments, the LC6000 features a smooth 100mm pitch fader with LED’s at the top, bottom, and center to visually indicate the zero position and soft-takeover direction when syncing.

The LC6000’s eight, highly responsive performance pads offer various playback techniques. Set and trigger hot cues and loops, or remix on-the-fly with straight and triplet timed loop rolls and beat locked slices. Activating Auto Loops on the LC6000 is fluid and effortless. Turn the Auto Loop encoder to select the desired size, and push the encoder in to activate the loop. Active loop regions can also be shifted up and down the track timeline.

The structurally reinforced Play and Cue buttons offer a perfect balance of grippy texture, actuation travel, and long term reliability. Designed to withstand years of repetitive rhythmic tapping and beat dropping. Quickly browse and load tracks with the LC6000’s dedicated navigation controls. Songs can be loaded from the unit itself or the touchscreen of any connected Prime Series Media Player. Offering both touchscreen gesture or traditional tactical control workflows.

ENGINE OS update (v3.0) brings additional features to all Denon DJ hardware running ENGINE DJ. Updates to ENGINE DJ desktop are also included in this release. ENGINE DJ OS adds New Drop Sampler; first ever for standalone DJ systems and media players. All Engine DJ devices now offer 8 slots to store and trigger samples or songs. Remote Library allows access to entire Engine DJ (Desktop) music collection from Engine DJ hardware over Wi-Fi or wired networks without packing a drive. All Engine DJ devices now offer the performance pad heads-up display. This allows the user to easily see Hot Cue and Loop names, loaded Samples, and Loop and Roll time divisions. All Engine DJ devices now include a broad selection of preloaded samples. Samples include complete drum kits, scratch phrases, risers, impact hits, and other various effects. With ENGINE DJ Desktop, it's possible to access to the entire Engine DJ (Desktop) music collection from Engine DJ hardware over Wi-Fi or wired networks without packing a drive. Once Engine DJ hardware and desktop software are connected to the same network, users can select the Engine DJ desktop collection as a media source. Additionally, improved Sync Manager mechanism for calculating Playlist and track differences between two drives has been added, as well as various stability enhancements and improvements.
