The Denon DJ LC6000 PRIME is the world's most versatile DJ controller. Bringing professional club style layout, design, and control to both standalone and laptop-based DJ workflows. Compatible with the SC6000, SC6000M and SC5000, SC5000M Dual-Layer Media Players, the LC6000 PRIME provides dedicated control over the players secondary layer. Pair with any compatible mixer such as the X1850 Prime or 4-channel DJ controller to add a full size professional DJ deck to your setup. Control multiple decks - the LC6000’s Deck Select feature allows you to control multiple software decks with a single unit or connect up to four LC6000’s for independent control over each deck. Plug & play - powered with just the USB connection, the LC6000 gives plug and play a whole new meaning in the DJ booth. An optional power supply is included for situations where bus power is not sufficient.

Inspired by the SC6000’s professional build quality and aesthetics, the LC6000 features a rugged sub-chassis, grippy rubber buttons, and a premium brushed aluminum top panel that protects the unit in the toughest conditions. At the heart of the unit is a full size 8.5”, capacitive touch jog wheel that features a high definition central display. This color display shows playing track artwork or a custom DJ logo, layered with play head position and other essential performance information. For accurate time adjustments, the LC6000 features a smooth 100mm pitch fader with LED’s at the top, bottom, and center to visually indicate the zero position and soft-takeover direction when syncing.

The LC6000’s eight, highly responsive performance pads offer various playback techniques. Set and trigger hot cues and loops, or remix on-the-fly with straight and triplet timed loop rolls and beat locked slices. Activating Auto Loops on the LC6000 is fluid and effortless. Turn the Auto Loop encoder to select the desired size, and push the encoder in to activate the loop. Active loop regions can also be shifted up and down the track timeline.

The structurally reinforced Play and Cue buttons offer a perfect balance of grippy texture, actuation travel, and long term reliability. Designed to withstand years of repetitive rhythmic tapping and beat dropping. Quickly browse and load tracks with the LC6000’s dedicated navigation controls. Songs can be loaded from the unit itself or the touchscreen of any connected Prime Series Media Player. Offering both touchscreen gesture or traditional tactical control workflows.

Engine OS update (v4.0) introduces several enhancements to boost user experience and workflow. The redesigned Performance View features an updated look, improved Performance Library, Performance Pads View, Toolbar, and Load to Deck Screen. The new Layout Manager lets users save and recall up to three custom view layouts. Deck view now shows album art, selectable Beat and Phase Keeper options, and additional Key Change controls. The Library section has an expanded Track List with full waveform overviews and a redesigned Search Bar. Effects improvements include new sliders for better control of Filter Echo and Filter Dub Echo Touch FX, and flashing FX buttons for active effects. Various stability enhancements and improvements are included in both the OS and Desktop versions.
