COVID-19 Response Update

We hope you are in good health and good spirits. During this time we are trading with limited disruption. We are maintaining this page to keep you informed of any changes to our service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Online Ordering

Our online ordering service is running as usual with a full team working in our online orders department, ready for your enquiries. Our despatch teams and shipping facilities are all operating as normal.

Melbourne Store

Due to the introduction of stage 4 restrictions starting on 06/08/20, our Melbourne store is currently closed to the public. You can still call the stores to speak with staff and place your order over the phone for delivery. We are also offering contactless store pickup. This is available for orders placed by phone or by selecting 'store pickup' as your delivery option on the website. You'll be notified when your order is ready for collection and prompted to call us to confirm pickup. Please do not visit us to collect goods unless you have spoken with a staff member and made confirmation.

Sydney, Brisbane, Perth Stores

For the time being, our Sydney, Brisbane and Perth stores are maintaining their regular opening hours. The wellbeing of our customers, team and communities is our highest priority. Please ensure you maintain adequate distancing between our staff, and other customers while in store. We have markings on the floor indicating what the appropriate distance is. As per Government advice on 29/03/20, fines now apply for individuals and businesses not complying with these new rules.

We are limiting the number of people in store at one time for everyone's safety. If the door is locked, we have reached our capacity and there may be a small wait until you are permitted in. Your patience is appreciated. We ask that you spend a maximum of 30 minutes in store, and recommend browsing our website first (all stock availability is listed there).

We are regularly disinfecting the demo gear in each of our stores. Hand sanitiser is being made available and we encourage payment via card rather than cash. Should you feel unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache or shortness of breath) or if you have recently returned from overseas, we ask that you refrain from visiting us in store in order to ensure the safety of all customers and our team. In many cases, we can look after you just as well if you browse our websites, give us a call or email us instead.

Inventory

Some suppliers have experienced stock shortages due to pauses in manufacturing and delays with international shipping. We are doing our best to avoid any of these issues, by increasing our stock holdings and adding even more products to our range. If what you're looking for appears to be out of stock, please contact us so we can give you the latest stock ETA, or recommend a suitable alternative product.
