
How can I see your "member only" specials?
Members of this website are entitled to special pricing on our products (as shown) and access to our "member only" specials. These specials are not visible to the public and can only be seen once logged in to our website as a member. To find out more about obtaining a membership please click here. You don't have to be a member to purchase off us, however obtaining a membership can create savings if you intend on purchasing multiple items. How much is delivery? We provide delivery within Australia at no extra charge! Since freight & packing costs associated with delivery from other vendors can be difficult for you to estimate & often make prices difficult to compare, we have simplified your buying experience by including the freight, from us to you, at no additional charge to our published prices. The only exceptions we make are for bulky items (coffins, speaker systems) these may require a small additional freight fee to be added to the total price displayed in your shopping cart - the amount will vary according to the size of the box and shipping destination. Do you provide insurance for goods in the mail? We provide our own insurance on all goods shipped from us to you. This will cover you in the event an item is damaged or goes missing. You must notify us within 24 hours for damage claims. I have a customised DJ package in mind, can you quote me on the price? We are more than happy to put together customised packs, in fact we do it all the time. So just email through your requirements and we will email you back with a competitive quote. I am confused by the number of different turntable cartridges available, can you explain the differences?

Please refer to the Speakerbits guide titled "How to set up a turntable" which you can find on their website here How do I go about making a warranty claim? Please email us first with your order number, brand, model and serial number of the faulty item and a detailed description of fault. We will then get back to you with advice on where to send it, either a local repairer or to us at Store DJ. Please Note: The customer is responsible for freight back to us or to the local repairer, we are happy to cover costs back to you.
